Dutch producer Jay’s Soulfood aka Funktional J
is proud to present the "Jay’s Soulfood” album.

This new project is a trip through boombap,
mellow funk & downtempo vibes.

The album kicks off with “The First Meal”,
a hiphop joint with mpc drums, sub bass,
wurli chords and scratches by turntablelist DJ Durian.

Next up, “Starlight” features Idan Altman,
playing the guitar on a up-tempo beat with 808 / moog bass,
mellow rhodes and disco-claps.

We keep it moving with “Vibe With Me” a bouncy,
hiphop funk beat with heavy sub-bass,
pulsing synths and sampled sax played by Humphrey Wonder.

Next up, “Boogie Flavours” a hiphop tune with breakbeat drums
a nasty moog bass, piano, synth chords, a polished lead synth,
spacy sound effects and strings for the vibe.

We keep it moving with “Soul City”.
It features Sponatola the homie from Tampa, USA
This track is very smooth wit a hiphop breakbeat,
heavy sub-bass and vocal samples.

The next track, “Against All Odds” gives you that 90s feel.
